To access a full suite of features in the South West Credit app, you’ll need to have an Australian mobile number and be registered for our Internet Banking service.

Provided you have adequate protection on your device; you protect your South West Credit client number, password and PIN; and immediately notify us of the loss, theft or misuse of your password and of any suspicious activity on your account, you have the reassurance of our 100% Fraud Coverage Guarantee.
